This training provides you with a mycologist endorsed mushroom hunter certificate. However, in order to get it you’ll have to pass a rigorous wild mushroom knowledge test. Through this test you’ll demonstrate that you’re able to correctly identify over 15 edible and medicinal mushroom species and that you’ve gathered some general beginner experience in hunting for local mushrooms. I found this course to be very in depth, all the important information and more to get someone started foraging with confidence. The course also is a great resource for someone to refresh and expand knowledge into the micro structures and to take oneself further into the field of Mycology. For myself, i plan to get certification as an identifier and this course is the perfect starter to gaining the knowledge needed to progress. Dont hestitate ! Take the course !
